Victorian Aquamarine & Diamond Pendant From the late 19th century, this beautiful and dramatic Belle Epoque pendant is highly decorated and set with a large oval aquamarine weighing 17.25ct. It is suspended from a carved and scrolled diamond set border formed of graduated Pavé set, Rose cut diamonds with millegrain edging, totalling 1.30ct.
The pendant is fitted with a diamond set bale and is suspended from a more recent 46cm (18″) 18ct gold chain. Weight: 16.2gm. Measurements: 5cm x 2.5cm (2″ x 1″).
It is in very good condition, dates from the latter part of the 19th century and tests as 15ct gold and silver. Ref: M055
