Aquamarine Diamond 18ct Gold Pendant This is a preowned pendant formed of a 3.25ct mixed cut aquamarine surrounded by Brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.25ct set with millegrain edging and mounted over a gallery.
It has a bale attached and is supplied with an 18ct white gold chain measuring 44cm/17″.
