Ben Rosenfeld 18ct Gold Diamond Clip-on Earrings

Ben Rosenfeld Ltd mid-century 18ct textured gold and diamond clip-on earrings; highly popular in the 1950s & 60s, these clip-on earrings are very representative of that era, and crafted in a textured gold design.  There are 5 8-cut diamonds up the centre of each earring weighing a total of 0.20ct and adding some sparkle.  They are fitted with a clip which is in excellent working order.  UK hallmarked 18ct gold, London 1971; maker’s mark BR Ltd.  Weight 26.7gms;  measurements 2cm x 1.62cm.   These earrings have been professionally re-polished and are in excellent condition.  Ben Rosenfeld was designing jewellery from the 1950s – 1970s in Hatton Garden, London.  He attained a worldwide reputation and clientèle and his jewellery is highly regarded and collected today.
