Edwardian brooch set with a suspended green spinel, green tourmaline, citrine and two baroque pearls in 9ct gold; this unusual brooch is reminiscent of musical notes and possibly spells out a secret message. Each stone is suspended from a bar giving it movement and flexibility. To the reverse there is a pin and hook closure. Weight: 2.50ct. Stamped 9c and tested as 9ct gold. Measurements: 4.25cm x 1.80cm to the bottom of the longest drop (1.75″ x 0.75″). This pretty brooch is in very good condition and dates from around 1900- 1910. Ref: H066-34
