Retro 22ct Aquamarine Cocktail Ring Mid century cocktail ring set with a large ice blue 22ct aquamarine mounted over a gold basketwork setting.
The aquamarine is clear and transparent and is a great statement piece of jewellery from an era when big, bold cocktail rings were the height of fashion.
