Sapphire and Diamond Heart Gold Ring formed of a central certified, unheated, royal blue heart shaped sapphire weighing 1.44ct (assessed mounted), flanked by two pear shaped sapphires and surrounded by a border of Brilliant cut diamonds totalling 0.52ct.
Weight: 5.37gm. Tested as 18ct gold. Measurements of the head: 12mm x 17mm x 4mm height off the finger.
This is a beautiful ring which sits low on the finger, is in very good condition and would make a wonderful vintage engagement ring. It is accompanied by a certificate from the Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the sapphire shows no evidence of heat treatment.
