Untreated Sri Lankan 7.04ct Sapphire Diamond Ring

Certified Untreated 7.04ct sapphire and diamond ring; this spectacular mixed cushion cut sapphire weighs 7.04ct and has been certified as Untreated from Sri Lanka.  It is a strong blue shade with great depth of colour.  The sapphire is surrounded by 8-cut diamonds totalling 0.72ct in a handmade wirework mount and a triple banded shank.  Weight: 10.9gm.  It was made in the 1950s and has been tested as 18ct gold.  Measurements of the head: 20mm x 17mm x 7mm height off the finger.  The ring is in very good condition having been professionally re-polished.  It is dramatic statement ring reminiscent of Princess Diana’s engagement ring which started a huge trend in large sapphire cluster rings and still popular today.  Finger Size:  O 1/2 (UK/AU), 7.5 (US), 56 (French) which we can re-size for you if required.  Ref: K104
