Vintage Diamond Heart Pendant This is a romantic piece of jewellery and the perfect way to tell her you love her.
It is a large puffy heart pavé set with 3cts of Brilliant cut diamonds. To the reverse it is pierced and scrolled to let plenty of light in.
Measurements: 2.1cm x 1.8cm x 8mm depth (3/4″ x 5/8″). It is stamped 3.00ct, 14k and is in very good condition.
The heart is threaded through a chain with lobster claw clasp and stamped 585. Tested as 14ct gold. Length: 52cm (16″). C.1990s. Ref: L107
