Vintage Solitaire Diamond Pendant A single stone diamond pendant set with a Brilliant cut diamond weighing 0.50ct in a 6 prong basket setting. The pendant has a bale and is suspended from an Italian ball chain stamped 750 and measuring 40cm/18″.
Weight; 3.4gm. Tested as 18ct gold. It is in very good condition and dates from the 1980s.
