Vintage Tsavorite Diamond Platinum Ring

Vintage tsavorite and diamond ring; this is a beautiful ring set with a vibrant bright green tsavorite, the rarest member of the garnet family.  It is a multi facetted cushion/pineapple cut weighing 3.05ct and flanked by two Trillion and Brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.05ct and set in a basket work mount.  It is set in platinum (tested) and stamped Platinum.  Weight: 6.3gm.  This is a high quality ring which would make a fabulous engagement ring as an alternative to the traditional four.  Measurements: 18.5mm x 14.2mm x 8mm height off the finger.  The ring is in excellent condition and dates from the 1960s.
