I bought a ring from Charlotte at an antique fair in Harrogate. The ring itself is beautiful and exactly what I have been looking for for years! But the service was also second to none. I was kept updated as to the status of the order (it needed resizing) and delivery etc. very friendly service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
