My wife and I met Charlotte and her husband at the Birmingham Antique Fair where they had a stand. It was my wife’s big birthday in a couple of days and due to ill health, I had not bought anything for her. We came across their Plaza jewellery stand which had a fantastic collection of gorgeous jewellery and I picked a ring out.
Charlotte was a joy to deal with, very knowledgeable and not pushy and as it had to be made smaller, offered to take it to her goldsmith in London to get it made smaller and went the very extra mile and met us on my wife’s birthday at the restaurant in central London as a surprise for her big birthday. I would recommend them to anyone and would certaily buy jewellery from them again. I’m not a very trusting person, so it’s so refreshing to deal with new people who care and deliver customer satisfaction.

I went into my front garden to be there when he arrived, in my hands now, I ran into the house and was so excited to open it and just didn’t know what my reaction would be. Well I opened the box and all I could honestly say was WOW. I am absolutely so thrilled and overjoyed with my ring, perfect in every way even down to the wee bit of bubble wrap inside the box to avoid the ring from any movement. I just had to get in my car to go and show my friend, again was in love with the ring. Contacted Charlotte in the afternoon to give thanks for everything and now on look out for my other purchase.

I purchased a previously owned Panther bracelet from Plaza Jewellery and it was beautiful but a little small. Charlotte agreed to investigate lengthening it and the bracelet was extended at a very reasonable cost. It was necessary to purchase the gold and make the rather complicated links. The finished bracelet is superb and it is impossible to tell the new links from the originals.
