Cabochon Garnet Diamond Gold Ring This is a spectacular and unique vintage ring which makes a real statement in a futuristic design. It features a deep red, 11.75ct, high dome shaped sugarloaf garnet that tapers to a point and is set with 4 pairs of double claws in an 18ct gold mount supported by diamond bands.
The garnet is surrounded by a halo of Brilliant cut diamonds and the ring has diamond set split shoulders and a double band. Total diamond weight: 0.70ct.

Measurements: 16.5mm x16.5mm x 15mm height off the finger.
